How Do I Get Tested?

IF YOU ARE AN LSUHSC EMPLOYEE OR STUDENT OR LSUHN EMPLOYEE AND WANT TO GET TESTED FOR
COVID 19:

  1. Call Campus Health 412-1995 Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

  2. Provide Your Name, Cell Phone Number, reasons for testing:
     
    1. Symptoms of COVID 19

    2. High Risk exposure (less than 6 feet for 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period) to a COVID-19-positive individual regardless of mask use.   Give the date of your exposure to the person (s).

    3. Air Travel that may require COVID 19 test within 72 hours of flight without having symptoms or history of high risk exposure.

    4. Curious about COVID 19 status without having symptoms or history of high risk exposure.

  3. Campus Health will call you back the same day with a link to schedule testing and advise if you need to quarantine before and/or after testing.
     
  4. Testing is performed at the Seton Building on 478 South Johnson Street, First Floor, Monday    through Thursday from 8 a.m. - 3:45 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
     
  5. Holiday Hours and Holiday Closure 

    • Campus Health Clinic: Open December 21 through 23 and December 28 through 30. Closed December 24, 25,31 and January 1. 

    • Testing will be open Monday and Tuesday December 21 and 22 and closed December 23, 2020 through January 1, 2021.
